““I know I drive some people crazy with what seems to be ridiculous optimism, but it has always worked for me.””
I'm a born and bred mountain boy from the foothills of the Rockies. Ever since I was a kid, I've loved playing in the dirt and exploring the great outdoors. My passion is getting people motivated to challenge themselves, all while making this world a kinder place.

Cycled from Vancouver to Cabo San Lucas Mexico, promoting the efforts of People for Bikes
Rode the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route (longest off road bike route on the planet)
Participated in RAAM (Race Across America) a non-stop bicycle across the USA.
Trekked the Three Passes in Nepal and visited Everest Base camp
Rode the grueling 500 mile Colorado Trail on a mountain bike that I designed with Priority Bicycles
Rode 3,000 miles across the USA asking strangers for love advice
Painstakingly pedaled the 1700 mile Baja Peninsula
My bicycle is a freedom machine, it’s my favorite way to explore this beautiful planet. Biking obviously takes me places physically, but it also takes me places emotionally. Adventure is anywhere there is an open sky and an open mind.
